The physical dimension is a reflection of other dimensions.
A big shift in the energetic grids is happening right now on the planet.
Use today's Cup to help release old discordant grids off the planet.
The work you do helps others in their release.
For the last 2,000 years or so there has been a particular grid on the planet that has helped in the evolutionary process. The planet has now moved beyond this level of consciousness and is bringing in new grids which embody a higher consciousness. Help it release as you consciously do your "release anchors linked to the old grid" work in the higher realms.

- Hold your awareness in your divine line.
- Invite the Higher Self, of you, your body and Team to locate and release the anchors that link to the old grid that is releasing at this time.
- Clear all of the emotion's, empathic sensation, behaviors, belief systems and karma that are linked with the old grid old.
Release the old grids with gentleness and ease.
