The last few days of Mercury Retrograde is a perfect time to cleanse.
Between now and 12-21 some energetic aspect of you deeply integarating.
Think of integration like digestion.
During a digestive process there is always an extraction of nutrients and a release of all that is not needed.
When you release you cleanse.
