Today's cup is a 5+ star, one of my favorites and one of the best...
As you navigate the waters (one more week) of Mercury Retrograde use today's cup to heal the past so that you can move on.
When you heal the past the past no longer holds you back.
If you have a block in manifesting it might be a cause of an unresolved event in the past that is still somehow repeating itself, now just with a different face, name, or challenge.
- Hold your awareness in your divine line
- What is it in the past that feels unresolved.
- Reference that moment in time that feels unresolved.
- Bring in healing holograms, sound, aroma, and light into that moment in the past.
- Spin those sacred healing shapes in that moment in time.
- Activate the vibration of the spiritual lesson of that challenge.
- Hold space for a healing in the past.
- Light language chant to help you heal that moment in the past.
- Activate a strong harmonic vibration as you grown, learn, and evolve from the past.
- Ripple and reflect the healing from the past to the present.
Heal the past dissonance so that you can create that which you desire and move on.

The first meditation goes deep for me it dealt with old shame, still holding onto Old regrets that exhaust me. Helped with removing some of that old debris.
The second meditation, the first part of the meditation, your voice sounds a higher tone to your voice, almost like a child’s voice, As in not as much power to it. But as you go further into the second meditation, it became Stronger and quite lovely and how your light language triggered areas of the chakras that hadn’t been dealt with. It’s such a different kind of healing way.
These two I will listen to more often. A great combo.
