Balance the Brain Sound Bath

Today's first cup is a sound bath to clean and balance the brain stem.
This sound healing can also help the occiput, and tunnel of light.
If you have been feeling tight at the back of neck and shoulders sip on today's first cup to clean the back of your head.
When the energy within and around your brain stem is clean and balanced your neck and sho9lders will feel more relaxed, your crown will feel more open, and your head will feel clearer.
Sip on today's second cup to help clean and repair your tunnel of light that inserts at the back of your neck.
