Let Go Before You Leap

Before you begin a new cycle...let go of the old before you leap into the new.
Release your deepest pattern of limitation.
Release and prepare.
- Hold your energy and awareness in your divine line.
- Invite your Higher Self and your conscious awareness to identify one major belief system, behavior, or attitude that is holding you back, distracting you, or limiting you.
- Invite the energetic aspect of your body to identify one pattern, belief system, or behavior that is not in alignment with its essence and is holding it back.
- Invite your Team to ponder a behavior, belief system, or attitude that is not supportive.
- Use tones and light to release these limiting behaviors.
- In the higher realms reinvent how you wish to hold yourself in a way that is more connected, empowered, supportive, and consistent.
May you gracefully let go before you leap into a new energetic terrain.
