Ride the Crest of the Wave into the Season change

When the season changes the energy shifts. For the last three to four months we have been in the belly of the winter.
Over the next three weeks we will be moving from the belly of the winter wave to the crest of the Spring wave.
This shift requires more awareness and presence.
Use today's Cup to help you make this energetic shift.
- Reference how some energetic part of you has been riding in the belly of the wave.
- Move your grids and awareness from the belly of the wave to the crest of the wave.
- As you ride the crest more awareness is required.
- Light language and toning to assist you in moving from the belly to the crest.
- Use this time to increase awareness and control your direction.
- Retrieve and hold all of your control in your own divine cosmic loop.
