When I tuned into the energy for today I felt a sweet warm current ebbing from the Nature Kingdom.

Use today's Cup to increase your connection to Nature - receive the wisdom - ground, and balance.

Take a moment to ponder one aspect of the Nature Kingdom that you feel connected to, that you respect, value, and love. The more your body feels and recognizes its connection to the Nature Kingdom the more centered and healthier your body will be.

This cup can help balance yesterday's cup.

Use this time to ground and come back to Nature.

• Invite the Higher Self of you, your body, and Teams to reference the energy of this aspect of the Nature Kingdom and open lines of communication and connection.
• Witness this aspect of the Nature kingdom.
• Invite your body to connect with this Nature energy.
• Tones and light language to help you connect with an aspect of the Nature Kingdom. 
• Light language translation...explore the idea that you are a Soul riding in a Nature Spirit human body. You are being positively empathically impacted by your body. Embrace the seasons of change. Know how to connect with the fabric of oneness, know how to move into balance, receive, let go, and embrace change.
• Receive from this Nature spirit in this other realm.
• Receive and integrate the wisdom and ripple that to yourself here.

Open to receive from the Nature Spirits and move into greater balance and flow.
