Use this Cup to assist you in cleaning, opening, and protecting your third eye.

This is a great time to adjust what you focus on and how you perceive.

When I recorded this Cup, I went into a very altered state.

• Hold your awareness in the present breath of now.
• Hold your awareness in your divine line.
• Place the tip of your tongue on the roof of your mouth. 
• Close your eyes and gaze at your crown.
• Invite the Higher Self of you and your body to reference your third eye.
• Spin your third eye/6th chakra in a counterclockwise direction to clean your third eye.
• Release all fragments and perception mechanisms that is of the essence of you and your body.
• Clean the back of the third eye.
• Release all cords and discordant energies in the third eye.
• Spin your 6th chakra in a clockwise direction to tonify.
• Bring in protection mechanisms around your third eye.
• Bring all of your awareness into higher dimensional realms that are harmonic.
