Happy New Year!

When I tune into the energy of 2022, I see.... tons of light, a gentleness, an excitement, and an outer movement. 

The inner shifts that you have been making inside yourself for the last two years will be reflected in your outer world in this coming year.

This year I will be doing a few energetic coaching support groups.

For the first 3 months of the year I will be doing a Wednesday evening session at 5:00pm PT. 

In this series I will share energetic practices that help you recover your energy, clear the fatigue, and...retrieve your inspiration, motivation, passion and cultivate your ability to follow through with your intentions.

On Thursday at 4:30 I will be doing a group that is focused on cultivating deep, profound, self-love.
