Use this double shot to stay present, calm, empowered, and balanced as we go through these multidimensional merges...
This first Cup to clean and calibrate your ears as you move up in vibration.
This will help you bring in clean, clear information.
This is also a great protocol to help you hone your intuition.
- Spin sacred shapes, sounds, and light in a counter clockwise direction around your energetic ears and all of your energetic listening mechanisms.
- Dissolve all discordant sounds.
- Dissolve the blocks.
- Light language to help you clean your energetic ears.
- Calibrate your ears for a harmonic, connected, clean energy.
- Tune your ears. Adjust them. Calibrate them.
- So the only thing you are listening for is clean, harmonic, truth, and is in alignment with light, love, and laughter.
- Open lines of communication between you and your guides.

Stay in the Present Moment During Dimensional Merges
For the next ten days (and for the past two weeks) we have been experiencing dimensional merges. A dimensional merge happens when more light streams onto the planet and triggers the merging of a higher dimension with a lower dimension, which then increase the vibration of the planet.
When the planet increases its vibration your vibration increases.
One way to stay balanced in this time is to stay in the present moment.
