We do the opposite of what we are intending on mastering until we reach a certain level of consciousness and we begin to practice that which we intend to master.
 
Abandonment – You have left yourself. You abandoned yourself.
Solution: Come back to yourself. Retrieve all soul fragments; bring all your loyalty back into your core.
Addictions – You are giving your power away.
Solution: Move into self-control and personal responsibility. Acknowledge the desire; do not respond.
Anger – You are using anger as way of holding a boundary.
Solution: Ask your energetic fields to hold appropriate boundaries so that you do not have to use your emotions.
 
Anxiety – This is an inability to control yourself.  You are not in the present moment and have a fear of the unknown.
Solution: Be in the present moment. Bring your trust back into your core.
Arrogance – An inability to locate and use your own gifts. Can also be described as a feeling of insecurity or self-righteousness.
Solution: Locate your essence and know that is enough. This is an opportunity to master humility and/or compassion.
Betrayal – This is an indicator that you have betrayed yourself.
Solution: Commit deeply to yourself. Be honest with yourself. Honor and meet your own needs.
Confusion – You have lost focus and clarity.
Solution: See through your own eyes, not someone else’s. Bring your reference points back onto your own divine line.
Control of others – You have lost self-control.
Solution: Bring all control mechanisms back into your core. Let go of holding other people’s responsibilities; do not take responsibility for others.
Depression – You are feeling like there is no hope, no joy, nothing to live for. The spark is gone. Depression pushes you deep inside in an attempt to force you into your core where there is light.
Solution – Joy. Hope. Light. Instead of using depression to move inward, locate your own divine light with the vibration of joy.
Disrespect – You have lost respect for yourself.
Solution: Respect yourself.
 
Empathically Reactive – You are holding responsibility for other people’s pieces.
Solution: Relay all appropriate information to their Higher Selves from yours. Open your heart and have compassion for them. You have just “walked a mile in their shoes.”
 
Entitlement – You are using your gifts for others and not yourself. Fear of failure.
Solution: Locate and use your own gifts on yourself and for yourself. Model right energy to others.
Fear – You have lost faith and trust in yourself.
Solution: Find the faith, trust and love for your essence that you hold deep within your core.
 
Fear of Loss – You have lost faith and trust in yourself.
Solution: Trust that the Universe is bringing you your greatest happiness. Have faith. Connect more deeply into yourself.
 
Guilt – We use guilt as a way to control ourselves and others, and as motivation to “do what is right.”
Solution: Lift all control off everyone and bring it back into your core.
Hatred – You hate some part of yourself.  Rejection of self.
Solution: Cultivate love for yourself and for your divine essence.
 
Hopelessness – You are looking to a particular situation for hope.
Solution: Look for hope within yourself, in your divine line that flows just in front of your spine. Hold your hope within yourself, not others.
Irritability – A boundary was crossed, not held or not respected.
Solution: Honor your own psychic space so that others can honor it as well. Hold sacred space for yourself.
Jealousy/Envy – An inability to recognize your own gifts.
Solution: You are attempting to master self-confidence. Appreciate yourself and be loyal to yourself.
Judgment – You are not accepting of yourself.
Solution: Open your heart to yourself. Accept yourself and hold compassion for yourself so that you have the capacity to do the same for others.
Lack of Self Worth – You are not valuing your divine essence.
Solution: Bring all your reference points for your self-worth back onto your own line.
Loneliness – You have lost connection with yourself.
Solution: Connect deeply with your essence, your Higher Self, your Team, and your Spiritual Family.
 
Lost – You have lost connection with your Higher Self.
Solution: Come into deeper connection with your Higher Self. Let your Higher Self guide you in your own right timing.
Procrastination – You have a fear of success or failure.
Solution: Send it up to the higher dimensions to get it worked on, for right timing and appropriate grids. Be in the present moment.
Resentment – You are resenting some aspect of yourself.
Solution: Hold gratitude in your heart for all that you are and for all that is in your life.
Shame – You have lost respect for yourself.
Solution: Hold respect for yourself and know your own self-worth.
Stressed – You are out of timing and self-control.
Solution: Come into the present moment. Move into self-control. Bring all your awareness back into the present breath of now and all your control chips back onto your divine line.
Unappreciated – The world appreciates you to the extent that you appreciate yourself.
Solution: Appreciate yourself to a greater degree.
 
Unsafe – You are placing responsibility for your safety outside of yourself.
Solution: Lift your reference points for safety off everyone and everything and hold safety for yourself in your core.
Unsettled – You are out of timing and self-control.
Solution: Come into the present moment. Move into self-control. Bring all your awareness back into the present breath of now and all your control chips back onto your divine line.
Victim – You’re attempting to master empowerment.
Solution: Locate and bring in your power. Acknowledge your power within.
Wanting to be Liked and Accepted – The world accepts you to the extent that you accept yourself.
Solution: Move into self-love. Accept yourself and approve of yourself to a greater degree.
 
Worried About What Others Are Thinking of You – You are out of integrity.
Solution: Honor your own truth. Be in integrity with your actions; do what you feel is right. Do not attempt to control what others think or feel. Let them hold their own truth; that is their journey.
Worry – We use worry to try to control outside energies.
Solution: Move into control of self.
Remember, until we learn to practice that which we intend to master, we experience (practice) the oppositeAsk your Higher Self, “What is the opposite of this?  What am I attempting to master?”
